Shipping Policy – United States

Excluding announced shop closures (top of shop page), orders are shipped via ground each Monday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday. All prices include the cost of shipping. To keep costs as low as possible, we do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping. Please allow up to 7 days for order processing and 5-7 days (on average) for shipping time. Times may vary around holidays. Order processing starts when an order is placed and ends when the order is dropped off with the shipping carrier.

Packages typically ship either USPS or UPS. You should receive an email once your package has shipped, which will include your shipping details and tracking number. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder before sending your full name and order number to koren.freel@gmail.com and a tracking number will be sent to you. If your order shows delivered but has not arrived at its destination, please call the shipping carrier who delivered your package (e.g. USPS or UPS). 

If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number, etc) and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you do not want the package re-shipped, a refund in the amount of your order minus 5 dollars will be issued to you for non-personalized items only. If your order contains a personalized book inscription in addition to the author’s signature, then a refund cannot be issued for the book portion of your order.

If you entered the incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, please email koren.freel@gmail.com before the next occurring Sunday at 8 am PST and request an address correction.

Shipping Policy – International

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Missing/Lost/Damaged Policy

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email koren.freel@gmail.com

Return/Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time unless items are missing/lost/damaged, and proof will be required. Please double-check your selections before purchasing.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Washington State.
